Pato Banton's 50-State
Tour
Urantia Book reader, Grammy nominee and reggae
legend, Pato Banton is rated one of the top showmen in the industry
for providing a high energy performance while mixing humor with
social consciousness and spirituality. Now Pato is asking for your
help to continue his mission of planting seeds of advanced truth across the
United States of America. Pato writes:
Dearest Urantia
Family,
Since January 2nd we
have performed at over 62 venues in 22 states. We have given out
approximately 250 "Words Of Christ" at no cost. We have also
distributed 5 boxes of the Urantia Book to many truth-hungry fans
(many of the books being given to interested people at no cost). I
have also personally given away over 120 copies of "Destination
Paradise" as I believe it will lead many of my fans to the Urantia
Book. Halbert Katzen’s UBtheNews project is promoted at all
shows as well, leading those with a scientific slant to the book also.
Today, as I prepare a new band to continue the mission in 28
states, my finances are in the red and I need to raise at least
$16,000 to keep us on the road over the next few weeks. This tour
was never about making money and we have taken many low-paying shows
to enable this mission to be completed. Once we get into the middle
of June the tour will start to pay for itself. So please do what you
can to help!

Through the vehicle of
positive reggae music, our mission is to:
1. Tour across the 50
United States of America spreading the good news
about the Fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of
man.
2. Gather, commune and worship with fellow Urantians
and other spiritual people, whenever and wherever
possible.
3. Bring together in spiritual unity, through prayer
circles before or after the concerts, people of
diverse beliefs, enabling healing and spiritual
regeneration.
4. Make the Urantia Book visible and available at
all concerts, thereby introducing it to a new
generation of sincere truth seekers.
5. Distribute the "Words of Christ" audio CD's in
each of the United States of America.
6. Minister openly and
discretely, through loving service, to the real
needs of our brothers and sisters when opportunities
present themselves.
7. Plant the seeds of advanced truth on stage and
