The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has
affirmed the jury verdict in Michael v. Urantia Foundation, to the
effect that the U.S. copyright to the Urantia Book has been in the
public domain since 1983. For all practical purposes the lawsuit is now
over and the Urantia Book is no longer an object of legal threats and
