This
453-page separate index published by Michael Foundation in 1999 was a
short-run beta test for the index that now is a part of the second
edition Uversa Press Urantia Book. Many improvements have been made to the
index since 1999, so it exists now only as a collector's item. Several
hundred copies are left and Michael Foundation will be pleased to give
them to anyone who is interested for the price of the postage.
